Through journalling, writing, drawing, storytelling, and gentle prompts, participants work directly with experience as it is, allowing clarity and direction to emerge through imagination and creative exploration.
WHO THiS iS FOR
Women at a Crossroads
This is for women who are navigating a period of transition in their lives.
Often this is a time when earlier ways begin to shift, identities change, or a sense of “what’s next” is not yet clear.
In this course, creativity is approached as a natural human capacity, even for people who don’t think of themselves as very creative. It is particularly suited to those who are curious about creativity as a way of thinking and making sense of experience.
How the Course Unfolds
The course unfolds through a sequence of creative explorations, each offering a different way of working with experience, memory, imagination, and intention.
Participants are guided through a range of exercises including writing, storytelling, and creative journalling. These are approached in a way that is playful yet focused, allowing insight to emerge through exploration and reflection.
What emerges is then considered and brought back into everyday life, where it can begin to inform what comes next.
Beginning With Possibility
You do not need to have a plan or a clear sense of direction to begin this course.
Your Next Chapter offers a creative space to explore ideas, imagine different possibilities, and play with what a new stage of life might become.
Through curiosity and creative expression, a way forward can take clearer shape, accompanied by a growing sense of energy and engagement.
